David Gill has worked in radioactive materials licensing since 1984, including creating the first-ever licensing submission packages for mobile and transportable brachytherapy programs in the industry. Based in Northern California, RAM Licensing Services handles new applications, license renewals, amendments, pre-submission audits, regulatory follow-up, program compliance analysis, and inspection/citation response — for medical, research, and industrial licensees across all Agreement States and NRC regions. Most work is done remotely by phone, email, and video conferencing; on-site visits are reserved for large-facility renewals, program reviews, or inspection support.
